Hi Kate, thank you very much for leaving us a review. I'm glad you are happy with the products, I just wanted to let you know about our dispatch and delivery times. Most of our orders are dispatched the same day but we have put a 2-3 working day dispatch notice on our website just to cover us incase something takes a bit longer for us to make or get together (Alot of our items are made by myself and take a while to put together, dry or set etc)
We're usually pretty quick and can get parcels out the same day but occasionally an order takes a few days extra if its large, I can see your order was a big one and took me a long time to cut it all up so I hope we didn't keep you waiting too long.
When order's reach a certain value they become too large to post with Royal Mail as they have a 2kg limit so we have to use a courier such as DHL or DPD, when we book these in they collect them the next day rather than post going out the same day so it always adds a day onto the delivery time as we're waiting for them to collect from us, usually they deliver the next day so once you have the dispatch email it should be delivered in 2-3 days at most.
With all that said I can see you placed the order on a Friday and it was all cut, packed and delivered within just 5 workings day so hopefully this was quick enough for you, if you need anything urgently in the future please feel free to message us and we'll see how quickly we can get it out for you.
