My experience with kr fleet was faultless. It was stress free and very straightforward. Leo made my experience great and I don’t think I’ll be using a different leasing company from now. Everything thing was explained in great detail. Anytime I had any questions etc, Leo was always there to help anytime.

Do not trust, Kevin is a total scammer! Had a car off them, paid my usual instalment on the Monday, Thursday i get a call, "company that owns the car, has gone bust, car is being collected in 2 hours", no explanation, kept the money is pad them, then all of a sudden, he says he cant afford to pay me back, really struggling with business like that my problem! Then today, I get an email for a parking ticket they expect me to pay, the wasn't even in my possession when that happened! Totally joke of a so called company!! Scammers!!

I’ve not actually got to the point of leasing a vehicle which is the problem. I have contacted this company several times explaining that I am looking for an SUV or Saloon (doesn’t have to be brand new). Was told to wait until new plates come in but I’ll be contacted and they will definitely have something for me. No call. This has happened a handful of times. I then called Friday to be told they won’t have anything to suit my budget then within two minutes changed it and told me they’ll check older stock and get back to me… no contact again. I was told over and over again they would have a vehicle to suit my budget so I have waited and given them time but they clearly do not want my business. I could have been driving a new car by now rather than waiting on them only to be messed around. So unprofessional!

Leo from KR Fleet really came through when I urgently needed a van. Even when there was an issue with the exact model I originally wanted, he quickly found a solid alternative to get me going in the meantime — and he sorted it all out within hours. The full van delivery only took a couple of days, and what stood out most is that he stayed in touch and was still willing to help even after payment and delivery. Great service, quick turnaround, and genuine support. Would definitely recommend.

After giving 11 ones of business I was asked if I would be so kind to return the vehicle early on the 12th month.
So after paying in full for the final month I asked if I did bring it back early to help them would I receive a rebate.
I was told yes by the owner.
So I took the car back which was inspected and again I mentioned the rebate to another member of the team and they said yes we will arrange it.
To date 11 days after returning the car I have received nothing but excuses from the owner.
Seems this business is not true to their word.

Mo was great from start to finish helped with many quotes looking at diffents vehicles and specs has patients of a saint , delivery and all paper work was smooth and will deffinalty use again

Kev and the team looked after us when we needed a van for our presentation evening. Very professional, i would recommend KR to anyone looking to hire a vehicle.

Absolutely unreal service from the guys at KR, I’m a nightmare and everything my end is always last minute and the guys couldn’t have been more helpful to deliver on multiple occasions, swift easy and cost effective service whether I need a car or a van and can always count on the lads to get it sorted!
