Ware am 01.12.2024 bestellt

Ware am 01.12.2024 bestellt. Auf Nachfrage am 23.12.2024 per Mail heißt es wurde am 02.12.2024 verschickt. Beim überprüfen der Sendungsnummer kommt heraus das die Bestellung lediglich elektronisch angekündigt wurde. Seitdem keine Antwort mehr. Natürlich ist mittlerweile der bestellte Artikel nicht lieferbar. Ich vermute das dies bei der Bestellung schon so war, aber nicht angezeigt wurde.Ich hoffe die Sache wird gelöst. Andernfalls werde ich mich an den Verbraucherschutz wenden.

Nie wieder!

Nach Bestellung und Zahlung, sofort Bestellbestätigung, Rechnung und kurz darauf Versandbestätigung bekommen.
Dann wurde mir mitgeteilt das man nicht liefern kann weil das bestellte nicht lagernd ist und nicht nachgeliefert wird.
Nach Aufforderung einer Ersatzlieferung wurde die Bestellung einfach storniert und zurück erstattet...da macht man es sich wohl sehr einfach von einem Vertrag zurück zu treten. Das war die erste und letzte Bestellung!!!

Günstig und zuverlässig

Auf der Suche nach einem günstigen Anbieter für ein bestimmtes Spielzeug schlug CHECK24 mir Krocoworld vor. Ich erhielt meine Bestellung wie von Krocoworld angekündigt innerhalb von drei Tagen, korrekt verpackt und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
