Needed angled speaker stands for my old Tannoy Chatsworth speakers. These are ideal!

Buying from Kronos is always an amazing experience. David is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you extra items, just to make you part with your money. He gives excellent advice and is a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't but AV equipment from anyone else.

At Kronos av you will receive a great experience any problems they are there to help with great service had a problem with one of my item no fault of Kronos av but they got it sorted super fast thanks to David and Damien

I have to repeat it here,my order was 13906, and it was accepted by the merchant and paid for, Some mails were sent asking for a feedback, no replies, no queries, nothing. I am sure that they are serious professionals, this specific loss may be attributed to unforeseen reason.

Good communication throughout from Kronos AV, the buying process was very efficient with quick shipping, and the Isoacoustic Gaia’s do actually improve the sound of my speakers. And I got a discount for St Patrick’s day. ☘️ all good.

I’m impressed by the turnaround here. I originally posted a 1-star review due to a miscommunication issue, but the team went to great lengths to fix it immediately. It was resolved perfectly in less than a day. It’s rare to see a company care this much about their customers—totally won me over. They didn't just solve the problem; they did it in a matter of hours and checked in to ensure I was satisfied. This is how you do business. Ordered a pair of Acoustic Energy AE1 Anniversary speakers in December. I know demand for this product will be high, following glowing reviews in the hifi press and its limited edition status. David at Knonos promised me that I would receive the speaker, but that the shipment was delayed. He was as good as his word. Thanks to Kronos and the local Acoustic Energy distributor I received the speaker earlier this month. It looks and sounds wonderful.

Responsive on the chat, gave me the expected details and faster delivery than announced initialy.

However, be mindful to be as responsive to queries after the sale is concluded as you were before it was ;)

I tried desperately to source the Quad S-C and had almost given up finding one. Kronos had a single new one in stock. The service from Kronos was superb and I’m extremely happy and grateful to all involved.
