Very good. On the one hand, I got an appointment very quickly, which was important given my rather urgent situation. On the other hand, I found the staff there to be very courteous and competent. Carina deserves special mention. She's an absolute angel and a truly wonderful person. I felt very comfortable with her, and she helped me a lot. I can definitely recommend her, but the rest of the team was also extremely courteous and friendly.
