Same as I see several other people write, I did my order in June, never received "due to faulty address" I sent a screenshot of Google map address which proved it to be the correct one, now 7 months later, I assume I will not have my money back nor my bikinis. Customer service dont care, I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with the whole situation.

I got a email saying "sorry, we will fix this" but the tracking says my parcel have been abandoned and I haven't seen or heard or received anything.

I have sent several emails and messaged the Instagram page which I was then blocked! I still have the screenshots of my order. I am still really upset of how this was handled and never got my money back nor my order. I will happily stop telling people to not shop at KR if you were to reply to my emails and refund me or send my order. Thank you

I ordered 2 bikinis in MAY, it is now mid NOVEMBER and have not received anything.
I have sent out multiple emails, with no reply. I am extremely frustrated. And I want a refund!!!!! DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM

I ordered two bikinis on the 26th of April. After three months of waiting I had moved house and informed them. They sent another order out and it’s been two months with no update or proper tracking service to say where it is... an actual joke

Disgusted in this company!!! Ordered my bathers of 2 months ago AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED. I better receive these other wise I demand a refund and will take this further.

I waited 3 months to receive two bikinis I ordered. I emailed the company multiple times to figure out what was going on but they kept blaming it on COVID. I understand that that is out of their control and will slow the process, but 3 MONTHS?! They finally arrived and it was the wrong color bathing suit. So now I’m waiting to for the company to reply about getting a refund and no reply. This is horrible customer service. Please be cautious when ordering from here.

I am super happy with my swimwear. Great quality, & super accurate with sizes as well. Also wonderful customer service. Definitely will be purchasing suits for the summers to come.

My favorite swim pieces in my closet is from Krswimwear! The price is always great! They have BOGO promotions almost every time I go onto their site. Paying for two full swim sets for the price of one is AMAZING. I love how stretchy their swim material is. I am a fairly petite woman and it fits so well. I love Krswimwear and will continue to support.

I got my bikinis with the bogo free deal and the bikinis were BOMB!

UPDATE: After writing a complaint about lack of communication, The owner emailed me personally and did rectify the situation, she kept me updated and sent me a new tracking number. I just received the bikinis (1 month & a week after making the purchase), but it was worth the wait. The price was a great value for the bikinis received. Both fit great! I can change to 5 stars. Thank you.

I ordered two bikinis on June 22nd, and they sent me a tracking number. When I went to track it, it shows the shipment as canceled- I've emailed them twice and still NO response! BE CAREFUL, so far it's been a terrible experience.

Love their bikinis! This was my first time ordering with them and I was not disappointed. Shipping was pretty fast and I received my bikinis after a couple days once the order was processed. The quality is great and the site tells you to size up which I did and the bikinis fit perfectly. I ordered 2 colors of the laila bikini and I’m obsessed. I’m definitely going to order from them again!

Shipping took quite a while but that was understandable as I was ordering from a different country and because of the pandemic I wasn’t expecting fast delivery!! So in live with my bikinis!! Will definitely be ordering some more from here

The best part about this company is that the bikinis are good quality and the service is very kind. The bikinis are slightly overpriced though especially when you can buy them on shein for so much cheaper. Their shipping takes pretty long as well. Overall, good!
