We booked, got or key and turned around and left.
Our stay at Kryb I Ly Kro was extremely disappointing. We booked via Expedia where this establishment is touted as an "Upscale/Upmarket Hotel," but it was far from that. Here's why:

Misleading Description: Terms like "Luxury" and "Upscale Hotel" were used in the listing. However, whilst I applaud sustainability, the reality was an old inn with worn-out furniture and a general lack of care.
Room Condition: The room was dirty, with a dripping hand soap, scuffed furniture, and mouldy showers. Not what you'd expect from a place described as luxurious.
Room Service and Amenities: Despite the claims of a mini bar, it was empty. The website states room service is available, but we were told it would be a special concession—not normally done.
Pool Area: The overwhelming smell of chlorine and unsafe, wet conditions made it uncomfortable and hazardous.
Customer Service: Reception closed after 6. Despite claims of 24/7 front desk service, we were unable to get assistance or an upgrade.

The management refused to address our issues or offer any compensation. If you're looking for an actual luxury stay, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

It is a disgrace to take full price during COVID with what you are offering! Arrived to an ice cold room, no heating in neither the room nor the bathroom. With so few rooms actually booked, they could have ensured the few guests they have are comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely appaling: frozen rolls quickly defrosted and heated up until there were bricks, one slice of cheese, butter, one pear, one apple (not even cut up or prepared), one small box of apple juice and instant coffee! TV not working, nobody on site to assist. The only response to my complaint is the same as many other have gotten: we are sorry about your experience. Nothing else. Not trying to keep customers, to amend or anything. Never again!!
