Had a video meeting about specific tasks and priorities. It took super long for them to start the tasks despite indicating urgency, and ultimately, tasks were not even performed correctly. They do not communicate. Not about how long they think it will take, they are unreachable, do not respond to emails and calls. Not recommended!
Between September 2022 and March 2023, we paid some thousands of Euros to KSN Studios of Den Haag, for their "expertise" and "digital services" to get our company a newly branded website with marketing campaign. During those six months, we learned that Khashi and the staff at KSN Studios can only just about adjust a Webflow template. It took them months to get started after many emails and phone calls to see why they hadn't started work despite clear agreements. Lazy? I have other words for them.
