Very very good at what they do
Having recently used the services of KSV Solutions Ltd I'm happy to share my experience.
Initial consultation, site survey, quotation and meeting Vish. First impressions are so important and Vish gained my confidence and trust as he clearly knew what he was talking about. Someone that cares about customer satisfaction. He listened and understood my requirements but also presented some alternative options I'd not considered during the site survey.
The quotation was comprehensive, easy to understand, competitive (much better value than another quote from elsewhere) and offered me a few ways to go. Either using my old solution or a brand new one.
I decided on a significant to me financial outlay and opted for an entire new solution all under one app. New 8MP 4k PoE cams, dvr, intercom and house alarm.
On install day the KSV team of 5 engineers arrived for 9am. The first part was to discuss device locations, device configurations and cable runs.
The team then worked through until 5pm where Vish handed over the finished system to me and provided user guidance.
The team were punctual, polite, friendly, helpful and hard working. Communication throughout has been spot on, upfront and honest. If an item on the quote was no longer needed I was made aware and the overall job price amended to reflect the change.
The quality of work was to that of a high standard. Extremely clean installation of devices and cabling. There was no mess left behind.
I'm extremely happy that I decided against my original plan of reusing an aged PoE 1080p system and went with a full new system. It does everything I wanted and more.
The aftersales care doesn't fall short either and it's made clear KSV Solutions Ltd are at the end of the phone and will be carrying out a follow up visit to see how I'm getting on.
It's rare today to find and deal with a professional company like this. One of the real gems and for all my reasons given KSV Solutions Ltd come highly recommended.
