preordered 2 genshin keychains 8 months ago, they said it would release in april. i wrote a email to the customer service but they didnt answer. now the two keychains dont even appear in the shop anymore. i checked other sites that have reviews from kujumi as well and apparently issues with pre-orders is a common occurrence
