"Suomalaista" keramiikkaa

"Suomalaista" keramiikkaa.

Verkkokaupan kautta toistamiseen erittäin huono ostokokemus. "Tuotteidemme toimitusaika on 1 - 7 työpäivää. Pyrimme aina mahdollisimman pikaiseen toimitukseen. Olemme asiakkaisiin mahdollisimman pikaisesti yhteydessä sähköpostitse tai puhelimitse mikäli havaitsemme toimitusajan kestävän normaalia pidempään" - sivuilla sanotaan.

Tilaus on tehty 1.2.2025, MH:n seurantatunnus aktivoitu 3.2, mutta tuotteita ei ole matkahuollon toimitukseen toimitettu. Toimitus on viivästynyt huomattavasti luvatusta, eikä lupauksista huolimatta asiakkaaseen ole oltu yhteydessä toimituksen viivästymisestä. Taaskaan.

Tämä siis toinen kerta, kun erehdyin tilaamaan tuotteita suoraan valmistajan verkkokaupan kautta.

Ensimmäisellä ostokokemuksella verkkokaupan saldo ei pitänytkään paikkaansa ja sain vasta toimituksen peräänkyselyn jälkeen tämän tiedoksi. Tällä toisella kertaa tilasin saman tuotteen (koska tuote näytti olevan tilattavissa). Epäilen, että saan taas tiedoksi, ettei sitä olekaan. Yritys ei erehdyksistään opi.

"Suomalaista keramiikkaa" - mutta valmistus on siirretty Viroon v. 2006. Jos tilaatte täältä, niin korkeintaan laskun kautta - ei harmita yhtä paljon. Kotimaisena verkkokauppana tämä sijoittuu häntäpäähän toimitusnopeu.. -hitautensa vuoksi.

Kolmatta kertaa en enää tilaa.
