I ordered on May 15th
I ordered on May 15th. 1 case and 1 airpod case… still havent had a shipped out email. I emailed them about it and still no response.
Im probably gonna have to contact my credit card company to have them refund me if this company doesnt reply. (1 star)
UPDATE:
The company finally responded to me and refunded my entire order. They also said that they resent that same order to their new manufacturer with express processing. I will see if i actually receive this order, but at least they refunded me so thats good. It took a little while but im glad they responded, maybe they were receiving a tons of emails because of their manufacturer problems. (3 stars)

It took some time to arrive (I was informed that company is waiting for a new stock) and once my 4 cases arrived I couldn't be any happier!

After a little issue was encountered. They reached out to me to fix it and have done. Shame it happened in the first place but great to see they they’ve rectified the issue with urgency.

Either this company is a scam or grossly incompetent, sadly can't reccomend
I ordered on the 11th of February and still haven't received anything now in the second week of May. I've sent a few emails asking what's going on and and first got a 'your product was shipped but without tracking, would you like us to send another straight away?' to which I agreed yes, I would. I then sent a follow up email after another few weeks had passed asking what the status was and if there was any tracking available for the second package. I then received another email telling me they had dispatched my order once again and that was on the 31st of March. Still nothing. I'm going to send another email to them telling them that either I get my package by the end of the month or a refund, otherwise I'm taking this to PayPal.
I can't recommend this company, either they're just scamming a percentage of their customers and stringing them along or they can't run their own business effectively. Very sad, because their products are quite beautiful and I was looking forward to using them long term.

Bought on Feb 27th. Red flag that the company hasn’t posted in almost a year. Said up to only 2 weeks for delivery. No tracking ability, not a connected phone number, and no answers others than an automated email. Not pleased. Would like the products or money back asap. If nothings done the lengths I will go to get the money back.

Most likely a scam..
I ordered two phone cases December 12.. it’s now April 23 and I still haven’t received my items. I emailed them several times. I got some replies but other than that nothing. It’s really disappointing :( honestly if you want to take the risk go of it, but I’d say it’s not worth it. Order number #13748 I’ll definitely change my response to something more accurate whenever I get my items, that I in fact paid for.

UPDATE! The company told they had problems with manufacturer and refunded the order, they sent it for free, except MacBook case because they ran out of it now as I understood. But overall finally when received I can say they phone case is just AMAZING, AirPods Pro case is good also. I will give this company second chance and order MacBook Air case later

The customer service is a joke. I’ve emailed multiple times, they just ignore you. Can’t get a refund, can’t get my tracking info (WHICH I PAID THE EXTRA FOR,) and can’t even get a freaking email back. I’ve been waiting weeks. Waste of time and money.

Very good looking cases, great service when I accidentally got 1 wrong case and they fixed it within a couple of days with a replacement that I am waiting for now.

But when it does arrive, I think this is almost the end game phone casing. Everything is quality and fine fine products.

My review has changed as I have finally received by package.
I have to say the packaging and the cases look very beautiful and they are very sturdy and for that normally I would leave a 5 star review…. But the delivery took a lot longer than the advertised time and only after a long conversation with their support staff( very useful ) I received my cases.

Okay, impressive! I previously put a lower rating because my slim case broke. But then they sent me their hardcover case, which seems to be much more tougher and durable. So I changed my review. it looks nice and feels strong. I advice everyone to go for the tough case.

Paid the extra $$ for “express manufacturing” and for tracking. It’s been Plenty of days over the 24-48 hours they claim to ship everything out. Can I get refunded for the “express manufacturing” I just got scammed out of, and can you change your info on your website to “ships maybe in a week idk” these cases better be worth the money I most likely am not getting back.
Update: so instead of briefly updating your shipping info on your website over your “trouble with raw materials” you decide to email me 1 week after it was supposed to ship and ask me to edit my review? No y’all didn’t care until I wrote this review. But thanks for my 2 bucks back 👍🏻 I should’ve got that email 2 weeks ago when I placed my order.
