It is AN ABSOLUTE SCAM WEBSITE! Don’t purchase anything here, they will take your money and not deliver your item. Saying that they refunded you but actually you need to contact your bank and police to get it back! AVOID AVOID AVOID

We have never received the purchased products (the nightstands) or the refund. They do not answer emails, there is no customer service. It is a scam!!!

I ordered two items from your business, but they were never delivered. Despite reaching out to your customer support team multiple times to request a refund, I received no response, and my payment has not been refunded. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I regret choosing your services.

Its been months, never received my table, read the (right ones) reviews too late :(

My order was never shipped. I paid the money but never received the goods. Please refund the money or send me the goods.

I have to agree with the other reviews. I placed an order and was told repeatedly it was at the warehouse near me and would soon be delivered. Then suddenly the item is out of stock (although it is still being sold on their website) and I would be refunded. This was on November 7th and still no refund. I have needed to escalate the situation with my credit card company and now any email comes back to me with "Your message wasn't delivered to ----------------------------.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

Please note Trustpilot will not allow me to put the company's contact email posted on their website in the review. . . not that it works

I absolutely cannot recommend Kulture Meuble! I placed an order on September 20, 2024, for €149. The product was never delivered, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, the company has neither fulfilled the order nor processed the promised refund.

On October 23, 2024, they assured me via email that the refund would be processed within 5 days. Since then, I’ve been repeatedly sent in circles and told to contact my bank, even though it’s clear the company is not taking responsibility.

The customer service is unprofessional and unreliable. Despite all my efforts to resolve this, Kulture Meuble seems completely uninterested in finding a solution.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you value reliability and good service, avoid ordering from them at all costs!

Je ne peux absolument pas recommander Kultur Meuble ! J’ai passé une commande le 20 septembre 2024 pour un montant de 149 €. Le produit n’a jamais été livré, et malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact, l’entreprise n’a ni honoré la commande ni effectué le remboursement promis.

Le 23 octobre 2024, ils m’ont assuré par e-mail que le remboursement serait traité sous 5 jours. Depuis, je suis constamment renvoyé(e) vers ma banque, alors qu’il est évident que l’entreprise ne prend pas ses responsabilités.

Le service client est incompétent et peu fiable. Malgré tous mes efforts pour résoudre ce problème, Kultur Meuble semble totalement indifférent à trouver une solution.

Cette expérience a été extrêmement frustrante et décevante. Si vous tenez à la fiabilité et à un bon service, évitez absolument de commander chez eux !

I sent an email for a refund. they emailed what refund they did. on paper you can see they haven't passed after two weeks the money hasn't passed a scam. Sono un grande tr. Non rimborsano soldi questi. Arrivata la notifica di banca che soldi rimborsati ma problema che non passano mai risulta. da contabilizzazione. Quindi niente soldi da settembre che aspetto rimborso rispondono email che soldi rimborsati ma io non ho visto niente

1 star just because I can’t give 0, scammers!
Ordered the 20th of Sept., at the end they agree to make the refund, on Oct. 20th. “You’re going to see the refund in 72h”, no need to tell you that never see the order nor the money.
They tried to convince me to contact the bank to verify where my refund is, which of course doesn’t have any refund processing on my account.
Wish you the worst.

We also order drawer and table, after one week we received a recipe from company. But one week ago we received another email which the order situation is refunded. Until now we haven't received anything, neither furniture nor money 😕

I ordered a sofa from this company. After waiting for 9 days the info changed from "processing your order" to "order cancelled".
They do not give a reason why they cancel or do they send a refund.
Also no answer on my mails.
So I stringly recommend not to buy at this company

I placed an order.
6 days later I received an email telling me the order was being processed.
A few days later I received an email telling me the payment was being refunded. There was no explanation why. I replied to email asking why. I have had no response. I also have still not received refund.

Couch never got delivered. They do respond to mail but the only thing they say is be patient wait a week more.
