unsatisfactory behaviour
I placed my order on august 28th. on august 30th I got a message anticipating the relative shipment.
A new message a few days later informed me that the previous message was not valid and to wait for further notice.
In the meantime I already received two messages through Trustpilot for an opinion review!!!! I do not consider this approach very customer friendly.

In our webshop we have updated all arrival data at the product pages of the products which are not in stock at the moment.

Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience - misleading pictures, the tree seems top quality on pics and what we received is a cheap “paper-ish” tree that I would have never spend 200€ and the support center one of the worst I’ve ever contacted. I received the tree with broken branches and the proposed solution was that I put tape over it... incredible.

Shipment confirmation- sold out tree
The tree was sold out already. Despite this we got our billing infos and even a shipment confirmation. Without us asking we never would have been informed about the unavailable product. This error was most likely due to high demand but it was still a bad experience. Thus 2 stars.
