It took more than one month to receive the painting. The painting was good but to long delivery time.

Very happy to hear that you like the painting that you bought from us.
I can see that you bought a painting on pre-order, that was out of stock. We had set the expected delivery date to be tomorrow 26th of April, however I believe we managed to deliver the painting a week earlier than promised.
Normal delivery time for all our paintings that are sent to Norway is approximately 1 week. We have 90-95% of our paintings available on stock, however when sold out the delivery time is a bit longer since we have to make the painting first. So that explains why you waited around 1 month from order to delivery.

This is the first time I have ordred from Kunstlagret and have been very pleased. I ordered 3 paintings and whenever I called the Company they have been extremely professional and have always answered my questions.
I would have given 5 stars but will hold the last start back as one of the paintings had a slight dent when i received it, it most likely might have occured when the painting was transported and 1 of my paintings did land in another city but was returned to the correct adress the next day.
In the future, I would like to buy some more paintings from Kunstlagret.

Very nice to hear from you and I'm very glad to hear that your painting was delivered just the day after the little detour. I can see that the package still was safely delivered quickly and well within the promised time frame for delivery.
If you like you are more than welcome to send us some pictures of this little dent that you mention. I suppose that it is on the frame? It could be a natural formation of the wood actually, it is a natural material and it is handcrafted so that could be the explanation if it just is a small dent as such. But you are welcome to send me some pictures and I'll have a look at it.

Very happy with the service received, however the painting came crashing down one night (about 4weeks after purchase) with a broken frame at the back :(

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the frame was broken. That happens very rarely but sometimes the paintings do get a rough treatment from Posten or DHL :(
