Amazing experience
From start to finish the experience with Kuoni has been amazing, was able to book a time slot on line and met Colin at the store, he was really knowledgable and helpful and discussed at length with us what we wanted from the holiday and because of his experience he made lots of great suggestions.
Once we received the quote we changed and tweaked it a number of times so as to get it just right and have now booked.
A fantastic experience and I am sure it will continue.

Tremendous service
We cannot thank Hayley in the Cardiff branch enough again. She arranged our last holiday to perfection so we just had to visit Hayley again. She is so professional remembered our preferences from last year. It was a definite to book with her again.

They listened to the type of holiday we were looking for. Explained why our initial thought of destination was not the ideal match and then came up with 3 suggestions all of them perfect. Excellent product knowledge. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Harriet at Chichester
We were able to arrange to see Harriet in the Chichester branch on a day and at a time of our choice. We let her know ahead of the meeting what sort of holiday we were looking for, but we were flexible as to destination provided that it met our criteria as to weather, type of hotel and location. Harriet spent a long time going through suggestions with us until we found a hotel which ticked all our boxes. She was very pleasant and professional, knowlegeable and patient.

Sophie Mitchell at the cardiff branch was really helpful. She was very personsble and had extensive knowledge of suitable hotels/areas for my family and I to visit during our holiday to Singapore and Bali in June 2027. we have been booking here for a few years now, We always speak with Nicola Booth (Metrocentre, Gateshead) who is one of the nicest people we have ever dealt with, she has amazing knowledge of travelling through many countries, as well as always listening to everything you ask for to ensure we get the best experiences, prices and holidays available. We can’t thank her enough for everything she has helped us with in the last 5 years. She has recently written a book about her life and travel experiences which I have read and she is loved by so many people. All the staff at Metrocentre branch are fantastic but Nicola shines above them all

Very helpful
Hannah the representative was very helpful/ I phoned she answered immediately unlike the rigmarole on some other sites of going through a long recorded message which is so frustrating & I ended up putting phone down - also I could understand her clearly. Hannah was efficient she knew the Seychelles so I could make a quick decision on the itinerary & book immediately. This was followed by an e mail with all the information included.
