Sarita and her son are just brilliant.

We were relocating our 2 dogs to Dubai when the conflict started and Sarita was amazing in assisting us during this time of uncertainty. With multiple flights changes and cancellations she guided us through the relocation process with such professionalism and calm.

She is always on top of things, knows her stuffs, is always available and really goes out of her way to help. Sarita not only accompanied us through every steps in Mauritius, she also made sure that our pets were well taken care in Dubai too.

She made the whole experience stress free for us and we’ll never thank her enough for it.

Sarita was absolutely brilliant when it came to exporting my dog from Mauritius to South Africa. Sarita was involved in every step and went out of her way to ensure that the vets knew exactly what was expected of them, the paperwork and all the finer details. There were many bumps in the road, not because of Sarita, yet she found a way to over come every single one, almost as soon as it happened. My dog would not have been able to travel if it wasn’t for Sarita. I have never met someone so quick to respond, to investigate and to go the extra mile. Words can’t express how brilliant she is.

We moved from Finland to Mauritius with our 5yo small mixed dog and a very short notice. Kury's pets held our hand through the whole process, even providing options that we thought were off the books. They always responded immediately, carefully and patiently answered to any concerns we had about anything related to the pet relocation. We had many worries as this was our dog's first flight and a very long travel time.

At some point it was hard to believe this was really true and really going to work out, as we did not have any bumps on the rod and I had only heard stories where things didn't go smoothly. For us this was the best decision we made! And one of the best customer experience services I've had!
