Do NOT order with Kustom Products Inc

Do NOT order with Kustom Products Inc. I ordered products from this company once in the past, and wasn’t sure if I’d receive them, but I did. Recently, I decided to order more custom products, and never received them. It’s been more than a month, the company doesn’t respond to emails, and if you go to their Etsy page, you’ll see one-star reviews stating they never received their orders. Fortunately, I disputed it with my credit card company and was reimbursed, but that won’t be possible for everyone. It’s a shame, because I like this company’s products.
