We don't really understand your comment. You have ordered on our website the graphic kit of the Impact range. On the website there is a photo of the graphic kit, you then requested a customization and received a mock-up of your kit again. Why didn't you ask to remove a few logos when you requested customization?
If you order a product as shown on the website, it's normal for us to deliver the purchased product.

TERRIBLE DECALS
Baught myself a decal kit. Look nice but the Glue is terrible . Put them on and now took my bike for the first ride and the decals just peel right off, Dont stick and Now they look like awful . What is this Crap?… Pay so much money for Fuckn Trash. Yes i cleaned my plastic. DONT RECOMMEND!!!! DO NOT BUY!

We contacted you by email and unfortunately, the issue with the stickers not adhering properly doesn't seem to stem from our product but rather from incorrect installation. As you mentioned, it's crucial not to use water and soap during the sticker installation process, as you did. The material is thick, which traps moisture inside and damages the adhesive. I would recommend removing the stickers, allowing them to dry thoroughly, cleaning your plastics with brake cleaner, and then reinstalling the stickers (without water and soap !). Ideally, you should use a heat gun to reactivate the adhesive.
