Absolutely appalling experience with this company. One of their surveyors actually called me and started yelling at me for not being “considerate” about her being ill and off work all week. She even said she was “forced” to call me because I couldn’t wait any longer. Of course, I couldn’t wait — my solicitor is blocked from moving forward for a week because of unclear statements in the survey report they produced, and no one else was there to do so on behalf of the surveyor herself.
To make matters worse, when I raised this with customer support, instead of listening or helping, the representative kept talking over me, evaded the issue entirely, and told me to just raise a formal complaint.
This is completely unacceptable service, especially when customers are paying premium prices and having already waited for 7 business days for the report, additional 7 days to get some clarifications? You can’t expect clients to wait days or weeks for basic clarifications and then treat them so unprofessionally when they ask for support.
