The guys are always rceptive

The guys are always rceptive, do and offer everything on point. I fix my vanmoof with them once a year for maintanance and I love the service they provide.

The centre in Noordwijk is excellent

The centre in Noordwijk is excellent, their customer service is always tip notch. This year, for the APK, I wasn't able to bring the car in the scheduled date, without warning to them, and they simply rescheduled it when I called days later without any charge or penalty. Will continue to be my trusted garage for years to come

On the 6th of march my van was booked…

On the 6th of march my van was booked in for a service,turned only to be told the service fitter had call in sick(surprised they only had one service fitter).returned on the 13th and asked them to check my brakes and tyres.picked my van on the 14th.was told all ok.on the 16th march I took my van elsewhere only to be told that I shouldn’t have been allowed to drive away from kwik fit the condition of my 2 front tyres.when my wheels were removed to the fitters horror they was no pad on 2 of my brakes.totally and utter shambles.never again will I or any of family go near kwik fit…..I have photos

Great experience at KwikFit

Great experience at KwikFit. The team changed my winter tyres to summer tyres in less than 18 minutes and returned the car in perfect condition. Very friendly atmosphere, professional staff, and a comfortable waiting area with good coffee/tea and magazines. Thanks to the whole team for the excellent and efficient service!

Airco cleaning venlo.

Airco cleaning venlo.
After running cleaning machine i asked if they removed the cabin filter, which is a proper practice to better clean. They guy said no. I said, can he do it as I have new filter I want to put after. He wasnt friendly at all, but we went there and he said, ok i will restart machine and took new filter from me and put there (where machine was working, so still wrong) but I said nothing to not discuss. After service he said he charge me extra 12.5e for filter change, 6min he said, what took him 20 sec and he should do it anyways. After service I opened the locker and it falled down so it was not attched correct after the change even. Pathetic.

Good car service, good customer service

I received a thorough report on my car and am very happy with the service. I also asked for an English speaking person to be present, and I was accommodated with a very helpful and pleasant worker that could speak in English with me.

The staff is pretty friendly and trying…

The staff is pretty friendly and trying to support.
I came to change tyres and specifically asked for 2025 production. Unfortunately when arrived I understood that 2023 tyre production has been assigned to my order. We have agreed to change for newer production and pay extra. Upon removing the old tyres I have requested to keep old rear tyres, and during the process one got punctured by the machine and could not be kept.

Unfortunately my car steering wheel is not properly aligned and at higher speed (120 km/h) there is vibration.
Those issues were not there prior changing the tyres and alignment.

Pretty bad experience, but staff were nice and trying to support.

Update 12 February
This morning I have visited KwikFit Leenderweg and the team was very supportive.
I have called them a day before describing the issue and the team was very supportive, scheduling me next morning.
Very nice and experienced staff, my car was fixed in less than an hour.

I would recommend the location from Leenderweg Eindhoven. Better support, more modern and experienced team.
Nothing bad about other locations but same level of support is expected everywhere.

This auto service is best - Yperstraat Delft

The auto service is best and very friendly staff. I have been visiting Kwik-fit, Yperstraat Delft for the last 5 plus years and never have faced any issue. The staff is very nice and helps customers to solve the problems on spot if possible or also make appointments. You can always walk in and they always welcome you to help in all ways they can. Amazing team, thanks for the nice service.

minor maintainence+ APK

I did minor maintainence+ APK.

To be honest I think maintenance took hardly 30 mins which is surprising and they did put a tick in every item in checklist. They didnt find any issues with my Toyota Car 11 years old. Personally I know there are issues with the brake but it didnt come in report. They just wanted to get it done and just get the money. That's it.

I asked battery health report( included in the maintenance), the guy said they did the battery check, but the print from the machine didn't came through. I mean no other excuses ? I insisted on receiving the battery health report and I found that they didn't even knew where the battery was and he had to call other guy for help.

I think I would better do APK alone instead of any minor or major maintenance next time.

I took my car which is perfect…

I took my car which is perfect conditions to kwijtfit Roermond. Beside the car was reproved with two details and small points which de repairing would be too expensive they did notice small points that were more to open eyes. Which let me think that they do not even look serious into the car…so advice careful into taking your car into kwijtfit.

Your vehicle was brought to our location on 24 December for both an APK inspection and a major service. During the legally required APK inspection, the vehicle was failed on two specific and objective points, namely a 39 percent braking force difference on the rear axle and an exhaust leak at the flexible section. These are official APK failure points under Dutch regulations and are independent of how the vehicle subjectively feels while driving. A car may appear to drive well in practice, while still having technical issues that are not permitted from a safety perspective.

Following this outcome, you indicated that you did not wish to proceed with the major service, even though it had already been partially started. For this reason, only the APK inspection costs and a limited amount of labour were charged. Items such as spark plugs or air filters are not part of the APK inspection but belong to regular maintenance. This distinction between an APK inspection and a service can understandably cause confusion, which we did try to explain during your visit.

I would like to clearly state that no actions were taken that could have caused damage to your vehicle. An APK inspection consists solely of checks and measurements carried out according to fixed guidelines and does not pose a risk of damage. The points identified were neither arbitrary nor excessively detailed, but based on measurable and verifiable standards.

We regret that this has come across differently to you. Should you wish to receive further explanation, you are of course welcome to visit us again so that we can calmly go through everything with you. You are also free to have the vehicle inspected elsewhere; it is expected that the same points will be identified there as well.

We hope this explanation provides clarity and we regret that your visit did not meet your expectations.
