72kr for tap water?! Poor service.
We just wanted something to eat so when we were asked if we wanted a drink I just said tap water is fine. Then when the bill comes I see they've charged 18kr per head for it. Even though 2 of those were children that barely even drank any. When confronted about the unexpected charge the reply was that it's a service charge and that it costs 20kr in horsens?! Bare in mind we are paying for a full buffet for four people... I told them that it was ridiculous and I wouldn't have asked for it had I known the cost, she just stared at me blankly. The service in this place is terrible and the food is barely average. I won't be returning.
