Kybotech has a nice selection of outdoor furniture. I ordered a table and chairs and they arrived in perfect condition. The wood is smooth and looks stylish. It fits well in my garden.

Cancelled an order shortly after placing it, as I was planning to order a larger size. After nearly a week, several phone calls and numerous emails, BillyOh still have not refunded the £795 paid. Needless to say I’ll be getting the larger shed from elsewhere. Terrible customer service and legally dubious practice - avoid.

Found exactly what I needed at Kybotech. Their garden building selection is extensive. The pricing was fair and delivery was quick. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The finished product looks amazing in my garden space.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! My family bought me a greenhouse this December from Kybotech via B & Q. 2 essential pieces of the frame are missing from the delivery. I contacted B & Q and Kybotech within the required date after delivery. I was told by B & Q that if Kybotech did not make good the delivery they would 'be on them like a ton of bricks'. Ha ha! Kybotech did email me promising a prompt delivery but according to them the recent adverse weather got in the way of this. A further promise of the delivery happening this last week again has not happened. I am very very disappointed with this as I am left with a large pack of scrap metal and plastic, no greenhouse and my family well and truly out of pocket. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Kybotech provided fast delivery of my garden building. The instructions were easy to follow and the product was well-made. The customer support was also very helpful. I recommend Kybotech to others.

Selected Kybotech for our cafe outdoor seating. The furniture has endured constant customer use impressively. The parasols provide excellent coverage. Staff find the furniture easy to clean and move. Definitely enhanced our outdoor dining space.

You have asked for proof that I have been a customer. If you pretend that I am leaving you fake reviews and that you don’t recognise the transaction I will publish our email exchanges. If you are still having trouble locating my order I will publish my PayPal account showing all the transactions. My one payment for the shoddy and truly unbelievably bad shed that you sent me. I have as requested passed the information required on to Trustpilot which includes my full name and telephone number. You are most welcome to call and discuss my awful experience and why I won’t rescind either my opinion or my reviews. Had you repayed me within the two weeks you had by law you could have had just the one bad review to the rest of all the other bad reviews you received.

I can’t wait for Trading Standards to take a really good look at your business practices - which you know are illegal and diabolical. When, not if they do, I hope they throw the book at you. What I received did not even REMOTELY resemble the beautiful clean and pristine Penton Summerhouse with Side Store on the glossy picture you display in your collection, I’m sure THAT one was built as it should have been, with a sturdy frame and wall that you can’t see through because the gaps that were left leaving it open to the elements. The trampled section, the singed sections and of course the green sections, could have been paint or some green fungi that I don’t recognise but there was also mould on several sections. I paid and waited 4 months for pressure treated timber but it wasn’t that either. What was delivered to me was the polar opposite to the false representation of your pictures.
Whatever the reason, that should never have been manufactured leave alone presented to a customer that has paid a lot of money for the £100 total of the materials used and the hour it took for someone who hates their job to fire at it a few times with a nail gun. I say fired at because mine looked like target practice. I wonder what poor soul will next receive the recycled boards you sent me. Poor sod.

So again, a bad review for you. I don’t fake reviews, you however DO!

I spent an hour and a half reading your 4 & 5 star reviews and checked each one against their other reviews. Not only the rewording of the same reviews. They are AI related and you probably pay someone full time to register fake profiles and submit reviews through them. The amount that have only three reviews one for you, one for Garden Buildings Direct and a random gambling or health site. These are FAKE and you know it.

I hope my reviews have helped some people go to a better place for their, peaceful, tranquil garden building that they are hoping to get. I won’t use your company again nor recommend you even to my worst enemy. Ultimately you are way up at No 1 spot in my top 10 worst experiences, by a country mile and it would take something unimaginable to knock you off the No 1 spot, EVER, I’m SURE! Never will I buy without having done my research first and reading reviews good and bad but concentrate mostly on the good ones, like your 4 & 5 star reviews and look for similarities like the ones that consistently come up in yours. Rarely would you describe a shed as “adorable” yet it comes up time and again, same as the huge garage space that “has plenty of room for my tools.” Over and over? Family Gatherings, Tranquil Space, A calm space to work in away from the house. Repeat, repeat….. ad infinitum!

I still recommend noting all the bad reviews, the real ones 😉 and the 4 & 5 star reviews contain a staggering amount of coincidences in wording.

Why don’t you just man up, accept that your whole mess of interested parties,GBD and BillyOh and Kybotech are all the same dodgy outfit. Kybotech is where the money goes. Whether you phone the BillyOh or the different one for Kybotech the phone is always a message that states it is Garden Buildings Direct that you have reached. 🤬.

So good people until they get their shit together which currently looks pretty unlikely I can only say again. It took 6 months before I got my money back a month after they picked up the trash you actually dared to I deliver.

AVOID, Honestly they are worse than Long Covid or longer. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. They are by law required to have given you a FULL and CLEARED REFUND. They have 14 DAYS under the Consumer Rights Act, after that they are breaking the law. Misrepresentation IS a criminal offence. Do not accept the ridiculous amount back that they give you. Whatever AGREED T’s & C’s they might throw at you, stand your ground the aren’t worth the words they are written with. You are ENTITLED to receive back the FULL AMOUNT PAID. To the penny.

Anyone already in this mess call CAB, very helpful and will report for you. If you aren’t STEER CLEAR! AVOID.

AVOID this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought a Billy OH log cabin in August, took 5 weeks to receive it. Parts missing. Tried for 6 weeks to get them delivered with no luck. They just lie to you in the hope you will give up. Eventually we agreed that I would get the parts made in a nearby sawmill, which I did. However when it came to paying me back THEY REFUSED! They’re despicable. Shame on you. They never call you. I must’ve spent 30 hours on the phone and sent 50 emails. If you have the misfortune of having bought something, you can Google the Customer Support Manager by searching for Kybotech Org Chart. He won’t speak to you but will hide behind his poor support team. Don’t waste your life. Can’t wait to see the counter comment from them.

My BBQ grill from Kybotech arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to set up and works perfectly. The entire process was smooth. I highly recommend Kybotech for outdoor products.

Kybotech Limited offers a wide range of garden buildings. I found exactly what I needed for my backyard. The ordering process was simple and the item arrived on time. Great service overall.

Posted previously, Garden Buildings Direct (Kybotech) have now had my damaged, returned shed for 2 months, I have still not received a full refund (as is my statutory right) each time I send email or phone all I get is "we are sorting this out, blah, blah" I have been onto Trading standards, who will be dealing with it.....please don't buy a shed from these people.
