Bad experience
Products are good but delivery and communication is not good at all. My order is going back to the shop for the 2nd time so far and after very long I didn’t recive yet. It even didn’t left Netherlands. I asked for a refound but no answer, probably I will never buy again from this shop

Unfortunately we also depend on shipping companies, and during the holidays the delivery can be delayed. We keep in contact!
Mediocre shoping experience at high prices
Prices are quite higher than average. Some items (like groin protector is 3 times the price of the one from Fujimate but of a far worst quality). Shopping cart didn't save my items, I had to re-shop everything 2 times, because I was waiting for some items, and last time (when I actually payed) I forgot to ask for a elastic band karate-gi pants instead of traditional ones. Now I'm stuck with something I don't really like. (Since this is a free of charge option it will be much better if you give people the option to choose for it on the karate-gi page, just like you can choose the measurements, colors, etc. It is just one more row with a 2 option drop-down list..it's simple, efective, and avoids your customers the headache and the time to write in each item his preferences).
Also, you sell embroidery items, but only if they can be attached to a karate-gi. Again it has no sense... I don't see why I can't buy embroidery patches as a separate item.

We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible, and we're happy with the feedback about the groin protector, we will defintely see how we can improve this product. If you have an account on our website you can login first and add the items you want to your shopping basket, in this way your shopping basket will be saved for 2 weeks, if you're not logged in your shopping basket will be saved for 1 sessions (30 minutes). The embroidery items are directly embroidered from the machine on your gi, so these are no loose patches which are embroidered on the gi, that's why it can't be bought as a seperate item. The pants with elastic waistband is a seperate product, because our standard is the pants with traditional drawstring. This can be added seperatly on our website. We hope to help you again in the near future, and improve your experience at our webshop.
