Better prices than anywhere I could find here in the UK, and my guitar arrived three days after purchase, very happy! The 30 days returns policy and customer service is excellent. Very impressed!

I was misled
I purchased a piano and I was told it is brand new.Later I figured out it was unboxed and I was misled.I asked three times if its brand new and was assured it was.
However,the price was not even decreased and I was charged the full amount.
It took four days to cancel the order as the payment was completed by a service provider who didn’t even responded to my emails.
I bought the same piano few days after from another online shop and had no issues at all.I wouldn’t recommend this shop .The whole situation stressed me a lot as I paid so much money for an item which was not even new.

Hello, we're deeply sorry for the inconvenience. The information you were advised by our online chat service were misleading, we are deeply sorry for that. The piano is on display in our shop, as can be seen on our website, therefore i is bran new, but an ex-display unit.
We're sorry, but we never received your payment for the order, it was not processed due to security check on your side. We did not receive the money for your order, therefore we could not refund your payment back.
We're sorry your order was not cancelled straight away after you sent us your e-mail request, but the colleague who received it in his inbox was on vacation by the time, he processed the cancellation of your order immediately after he returned back to the office.
Thank you for understanding and once again, please, accept our apology for the misinformation. We will make sure it will not happen again.

What I expected.
In all honesty. The product arrived as stated. Works as it should and no complaints on it. The offers are brilliantly up to date, delivery is reasonable, even though it could be handled with better care, meaning that the products are fragile and not "a ragdoll".
As for communication and the website use, it is easy to navigate and understand. There is always room to improve, specially on live tracking of the product. But this is not why I am giving 5 stars, the 5 stars go the company itself.

Case arrived undamaged though I'd have preferred it to have been better protected and boxed rather than just swaddled in bubble wrap and black plastic dustbin liners.

Great pedals at a great price!
I was a bit apprehensive as there are a number of recent reviews that say delivery to uk isn’t great!
The prices were good so I took a chance anyway. I’m glad I did, pedals work great!
They delivered Friday from an order placed Sunday, given the strain that is being placed on the system due to covid, I think that’s pretty good! I think that should be noted for some other reviews, kytary isn’t responsible for covid.
