Bought a wing a while back… don’t get me wrong for the price it was good but at the front….. I would advise to wear a hat or scarf with it…

I genuinely love this company. They offer great synthetic and human hair wigs and affordable prices and in a fairly wide range of styles. I have found their support services really responsive and their delivery times generally quick. I really love that they offer access to the wig market for beginners for such great prices!

Scam - don’t buy anything it won’t arrive or it will be the wrong dirty and dusty item.
When you complain or report them they will block you and delete your profile on shop pay.

Extremely disappointed Order not delivered.

I have previously purchased from the site before and had no issues, this time round has been a nightmare. I placed an order for a wig beginning of September which was never delivered, and to this day (8th October) I am still waiting to get a refund. I have tried to contact them numerous times and feel as though I am being lied to about the status of my order, they refuse to get back in touch now I have requested a refund. Extremely disappointed in how unprofessional they have been. I’m not the only one also, they are quick to delete Instagram comments from others also requesting refunds but refuse to respond to messages.

I’ve ordered twice - 9 months apart - and both experiences were awful.

The first time (December 2022) I ordered two wigs. The website had options to indicate which parting you want etc. which they ignored and said was a “glitch” on the website s I would have to pay more if I wanted . Months later their website remains the same. The coloured wig was patchy and they refused to let me return the wig for a full refund.

Anyway I decided to order a closure on 6 August. A month later on 6 September I still had not received it and contacted them by email. I was told there was an “error” and it would be dispatched within 72hrs. It wasn’t. I contacted them again (11 sep) and was told they were “reviewing the status of my order”. A week later with no updates I contacted them again (19 sep) and received no response. I emailed again (22 sep) and recieved no response. I then commented on their instagram post, in which 3 others had commented stating that they were waiting for their refunds/orders. My comment was then deleted and my order was shipped in 1/2 days.

You shouldn’t have to complain publicly in order to get a response. Nor should you have to fight for a refund on poor quality or extremely delayed products. Save your money

Quality of wigs good and also beautiful to the eye despite being synthetic. Great price and very fast delivery (in Italy!), too bad to find out I have to pay customs only when the package arrived. With this additional cost maybe I would have thought twice.... Indicate on the site that there may be these charges!

I have made numerous purchases over the years and will keep coming back. I find it easy to style the wigs to my desired look and the care instructions are clear. I have had many complimentary remarks on 'my hair' and enjoy signposting ladies to this site. My favourite style is Sauce, any colour! The cost is reasonable, they are well packaged and secure with delivery being swift. If I have a recommendation/suggestion, it would be to see more styles also offered in a dark brown hue as Black can sometimes be too harsh on lighter toned skin. This would provide an alternative for those whose natural hair colour is dark brown. Nevertheless, I shall continue to support this business as I find it reliable and honest.

If you're looking for something quick, this is good company to go with. Affordable and plenty of styles to choose from.

I love your bob wigs. Good quality synthetic and easy to maintain. It's been two years now, my problem is with the Sauce one. It's cut horribly and I honestly have difficulty molding it to any pleasing style. Otherwise Great service and delivered on time.

Great selection of wigs when I need a everyday look or an out and about look. And most often you get the wig cap to protect your hair underneath.

Lost a star because it seems like they are always sold out of the hair care products which you can use on the synthetic fibers, wish there was a notification for when they get back in stock though.

Ordered a wavy pony, hair is really soft 🤩

I have ordered three wigs over the last year or so and not had any problems. Delivery has always been within the timescales offered and the wigs have always looked exactly as they did on the website. I’ll be back.

Great quality wigs that I can use daily. Headband wig is so convenient also

I’ve made a few purchases and the Quality is great both the synthetic and human hair wigs, I would suggest to go for the HD lace it’s fabulous
