What a scam!!!! I should know: Would not accept any credit US credit cards (Amex, VISA); thought it would make it easier to use a European VISA card which they accepted just to realize I lost the money; no answer to my mails and the phone is always busy!?

SCAM!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Wished I had done my research and read these reviews before I placed my order. I paid £143 for some labels including express delivery as it was an urgent order. Not a word from them and NOTHING arrived. After weeks of calling (telephone number is never answered) and many emails I am yet to receive anything.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE UK REGISTERED ADDRESS. THIS IS COMPANY IS SCAM!!!

Completely unexceptable & unprofessional experience - avoid at all costs !!!!
We ordered 3000 labels for our company & paid a 25% surcharge for the express 10 day service. After receiving a first incorrect sample they emailed a second correct sample. Which I confirmed we then received no news for 7 weeks despite contacting them on several occasions - Warning the telephone numbers never answer, surely there just to give an impression of a valid company, we also received no email response.
Finally after making a paypal complaint in which we confirmed that as they were in breach of contract we required that they cancel the order, they decided to manufacture & send the labels to our maker, with no offer of refunding the 25% supplement for an 8 week as opposed to 10 day service.
The labels received did not have sufficient sew-in borders as described on the website & therefore were completely unusable and we returned them immediately.
As these are a custom order product paypal does not cover under the buyers protection act. This obviously works in scam artists like this companies favor.
We will be taking further legal action against them but I warn anyone thinking of using there services to avoid at all costs !!!
