inoperable website
almost finished designing labels for our wedding invitations and the system reported something went wrong, contacted customer services via chat who were responsive but said they couldn't do anything
this continues to be problem the day after too!

I was looking for PAT labels and came across Labels Online. I ordered the pack of labels at tea time and 48 hours later they were in my hand. A very smooth easy transaction with the minimum of fuss. From finding to getting confirmation of the order took all of 3 minutes.
