I am very sorry you didn't get any answer from us. We have no record of any email from you, so I think something must have gone wrong. Usually we answer all emails within 1 hour (during opening hours).
We ship the products from Denmark, and it sometimes takes a few days to be delivered in Iceland. We are working on improving the service :)

I love my labels
I love my labels. They are very clear to read, very sticky, and a good size. I have put them on baby bottles, clothes, etc and haven’t faded or washed off or bubbled. Great product.
