Great Customer Service

I am an electrician and use my Brother labelling machine a lot. I recently started buying tapes from Labelzone and one of the tapes jammed up. Labelzone kindly replaced the tape.

I then bought some more from them and another tape jammed up. This was strange as I have had this machine about six years, I have tapes purchased from my wholesaler but only the tapes from Labelzone were jamming.

I asked them if the tapes were OEM or generic and they assured me that they are OEM and they wondered if there had been an adhesive build up on my printer head and suggested that I look into this.

Having never cleaned the machine this may well be the case and I will look into cleaning it.

Labelzone also replaced the second jammed tape, which, in all fairness ,was not really their responsibility.

I have found Labelzone to be professional and helpful and very accommodating in terms of these two jammed tapes. Their service is fast and reliable and they respond promptly to after sales queries.

I ordered several Brother label tapes…

I ordered several Brother label tapes because I wanted a specific colour and width.. And then after I did you contacted me to say that you didn't have the stock or any on order and refunded me that part of the order.. Whilst still charging me for and shipping the rest.. Which I didn't really need.. It.it says zoom "In Stock" I expect it to be in stock..

Good service and pricing.

Regular customer for work mostly but the occasional order for at home. Prices is always competo and customers service is excellent. for work we have needed none stocked items quickly or in large bulk and always had it supplied with no issues.
