horrible
This is a second time that I've been treated this way in this place in Lausanne.
The first time was when a "kind of manger " was promoting a product all around me and completely ignored me and my questions didn't ask me if I had an account as she has asked every customer before me I had to tale her that I had actually an account over there.
And today, I was kind of experimenting with coloring my hear and just explained what I needed and I was told flat that " sorry we can't sell any thing for you"
I recived an excuse from another staff and bought what I wanted but felt cheated, out of place and not appreciated. I will take my money somewhere else next time..
