I bought some products as gifts during the Black Friday sale, but even after five days, there was no update on the shipping. When I contacted customer service, they told me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and that they had to refund it. They didn’t seem to manage their inventory properly, and they also said they couldn’t replace it with another product from the same line. I wanted to keep using this brand because their products smell great, but their management and customer service really don’t match the quality of their products.

I thought I’d give them a go because I had previously had a lip balm as a gift and it was really good. Plus, their website promised a surprise pouch with every purchase! Imagine my surprise, then, when my purchase – which also took about two weeks to arrive – did not include a surprise pouch. When I contacted the company, they said I should’ve asked for one at checkout. I also didn’t get any free samples as promised because I didn’t ask for them. Obviously, I want them. Obviously, you promised them. So how about just adding them to every order? I won’t be using LB again.
