Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! All seems legit when you order, tracking details supplied etc. Item gets marked as delivered but you never actually get it. If you email customer service they just come back and tell you to delivered.

AVOID - SCAM. Never arrived. Never refunded.
I ordered 2 Labubus in early September for my daughter’s birthday. Never arrived despite tracking saying it was delivered. Initial contact with customer service seemed positive. They said it was shipped to wrong place and order would be reissued or I would get a refund. A new tracking number was provided but it didn’t work. It was the old one. I requested a refund. Heard nothing. Now the customer service email address I’ve been using to follow up has come back as undeliverable.
SCAM.
AVOID.

This website is 100% scam! Ordered a Labubu doll 4 weeks ago and haven't been able to get hold of anyone from labubu-ireland since.
Had to get Visa to get my money back.
