Waiting on order
Ordered a SMEG dryer and after two months of waiting i still haven't received the product. The excuse is always the same, it was ordered to SMEG and there isn't a estimated delivery date.
Either the manufacturer is hand building the machine and sourcing the components or they don't want to fulfill the order, since there are various outlets with the product in stock.
They are now wanting me to pay, this looks a typical bait and switch scam.

Make an oreder if you have a lot of time to wait
I ordered 5 different products. I got 3 of those products after 5 weeks, only after I contacted them a few times asking for delivery.
1 product was cancelled because there was no delivery date even after 5 weeks.
The laundry dryer was promised for supply within a month and a half, but after a month I was informed that there is no future delivery date.
Terrible service.

I did not get the fridge model I ordered, after 10 calls and various e-mails, they got back to me after insisting for 7 months, that due to its open the cant take it back nor give me compensation.
And they couldn't say that it in 7 month...
What should i do, live without a fridge for 7 month?!
Its probably even illegal to treat it this way...

Había un error de información de nuestra web con respecto al frigorífico y para poder darle una solución le solicitamos fotografías e información. Usted tardó dos meses en enviarnos dicha información, tiempo durante el cual utilizó el frigorífico y por esa razón no ha sido posible la devolución.

173€ por la devolución de la lavadora. Terrible estafa.
I ordered a washing machine with installation and taking the old one. When I put my address (Balearics) it allowed me to choose taking away the old one and installation of new one. Because of the address, when I submitted the order, it must have automatically ticked off installation and taking the old washing machine, but there was no message. Next day I get the email that they will deliver at curbside. I tell them it must have been an error, I'm a woman I can't take the washing machine from the street and I need installation. They don't care and say that for Balearics they don't have this service and they say it in some terms and conditions - who goes to read terms and conditions. I tell them that I want to cancel the order - they say they would charge me 173€ for delivery and return the washing machine - crazy. The washing machine was over 350€. They just scam people for money. Don't use their service.

En Baleares no disponemos del servicio de instalación por lo que al realizar el pedido se le marcaría la entrega a pie de calle. Puede localizar también esta información en el correo electrónico de confirmación de pedido que recibió.

Never buy anything here. I was waiting for the delivery for three weeks, I spent a day of my vacation because delivery told me that it will be next day. They called me twice saying that they can't deliver it to me today because they don't have enough people. Very bad service and completely unreliable. They took money for connecting the device, but they haven't done that. Of course nobody returned me money back.
You even can not work on your mistakes. Instead of just call me and say "sorry", you attempted to take down my review, so I was needed to send proves to take it back. Thanks to trustpilot it was recovered.
