I would say terrible customer service but that only really counts if there customer service actually exists, numerous email attempts which have been ignored no order received, if you read this and still place and order cover your own back and use paypal so you can get a refund otherwise good luck.

Looks cool, bad design
The laces looked great on the website! However, they took FOREVER to get here. Like, took a month. I get supply chain issues and stuff, but a month is a long time. When I inquired about my order I didn't receive any feedback or time frame and when I randomly got a tracking number, it wouldn't let me track it properly. Fast forward to when I get my laces... get my shoes all laced up and... these things just keep coming untied! I've tied my shoes the same way for 30 years and never once have I had this issue with any laces/ shoes. I think it's the heavy metal tips, they swing around and pull the lace loose. So now I have to deal with that or constantly double knot my laces for no reason other than bad design. Not a fan and will never get these again. Really bummed, cuz I thought they were a perfect match for my shoe and looked really cool. Just poor service and poor design.

I have been writing this company for about 2 weeks now. They have yet to respond, online or by the way they provide you contact. The money has been taken out of my account already. I've received numerous emails from them, everyday about what else they sell. with 15% off. but no responses to my already placed order. Consistency & Communication Needed
This is actually my 2nd time making a purchase with Loop King Laces and the first time was exceptional!! We received our purchase within a few days and the product itself was exactly what I was looking for. This is what prompted me to make another purchase and the second time my shipping took over a month to arrive. I can understand the holidays but there was no correspondence and I actually had to reach out to the company in an email before anything took place with my order. Communication would have made the situation better but the product was once again of great quality. Will be sure to order again but if in a time sensitive situation I may have to make other arrangements.
