Hi Jenny, what type of shoe is it, how many holes and size please? Some shoe types need to be manually measured due to differences between the lace holes.
laces run small
I ordered the Large as even though my child is a shoe size 12, i figured i would have extra length to play with but they were way to small to fit in the shoe let alone with the child's foot trying to fit in the shoe.
They must run really small. Disappointing.

Hi again Merissa, can you email through a manual measurement to andrew@laceez.com.au. Some shoes do have a different lace hole size although NB are normally a standard fit.

For the price yoy pay for these, you cannot adjust how tight they are on your shoe. Tried to make sure the measurement was correct . For each shoe. I brought 3 pairs was very un happy with them. Didnt fit the golf shoes i was hoping to wear. Waste of money.

Hi Brett, Laceez are not designed to be adjusted, you need to select a size to fit the shoe allowing them to comfortably slip on and stay on. We have a guide on the website which allows for different types of shoe sizes and holes as most golf shoes are 3 or 4 holes they will be very different lengths to a standard jogger. We also have a section on how to manually measure, this allows you to have the perfect fit if you prefer a little tighter or looser fit.
