Do not hire this company for…landscaping

Do not hire this company for landscaping. They planted our front grasses incorrectly, and when we complained, they ripped them out and replanted them. Now they are dead. Because they weren't still under warranty, they refused to replace them. Secondly, we had them refinish our parking spaces with gravel. They made it very uneven. We were still under warranty, so they re-did it. Now we have pools of water and a SINKHOLE. Very unprofessional.

Online order with coupon

I have made an order with a 10% coupon code. They did not want to send me the product for a lower price, so they canceled the order. Now I can order again, but the code is not valid anymore.

I bought a navy polo yesterday and…

I bought a navy polo yesterday and tried to return it today. I was shocked and upset when staff told me that they do not refund purchases. I was not informed yesterday when I made the purchase and truly think I deserve a full refund due to the lack of information given to me upon purchase. Do better.

TERRIBLE QUALITY and refuse refund or replacement on FAULTY GOODS

I purchased a polo shirt on 26.11.23, and have worn it precisely twice. The stitching came away from the hem after just one wash. I emailed Lacoste, and sent a picture, and they replied with ‘Our quality team has checked the visuals and informs us that the problem encountered with your item is not covered by our guarantee conditions.’

I am in shock how a £100 t shirt isn’t expected to last more than one wash.

Lacoste - rubbish …

I have been meaning to write a review about Lacoste for some time. I have been lucky enough to holiday in Orlando every 3-5 years a month or 5 weeks at a time. We always buy a couple of their T -shirts - As you all know the T-shirts are very expensive, I always tell my wife I will never buy one of theirs again. WHY they are expensive rubbish after a couple of washes, they start losing their colour, the collars go out of shape, in fact they are expensive tat - rubbish. No not waste your money

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever received from a company.
I purchased a zipper hoodie, spent 189.71$, I have the receipt still . I submitted pictures and the receipt that the zipper has broken.

**LACOSTE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, I did not purchase this at Walmart!!! I even asked if they could send me a new zipper and she said, "No, have a nice day"
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!!

Never have i had such bad customer…

Never have i had such bad customer service.
Ordered 2 items from sale, items dispatched via DPD with tracking watched on line until he was 2 stops away. Stood in window so and watched driver slow down and take photo of front door and carry on.
Received text/email to say parcel was going to be at local pickup as I wasn’t in??? Went to pick up not there spent several phone calls and emails trying to sort but still nothing.
I have all the evidence and will use charge back on my card but thats not the point.
Hope someone from Lacoste actually reads these reviews and does something anout it I will not be buying anything else and will use third party sellers from now on

Shocking quality

Bought 2 polo t-shirts from a boutique store and the quality is terrible. After one wash, the thread is hanging all around the bottom of the t-shirt on the inside.
When I complained to Lacoste about the quality, they apologised and said to take it back to the store and they will gladly exchange it.
What a response!! Take a 150 mile round trip, pay for fuel and parking and I get a new one!
These polo shirts are worse than anything I've bought at an outlet store. If this is the quality of their £95 product, I will never buy another one again.

In-house customer services needs training from Ralph Lauren, quick and efficient with all communication and refunds in a timely manner.

Poor customer service too much wait time for order processing

For a company that sells high priced goods the service is poor! Ordered a shoes and a sweater on 2 day delivery service. Got an email 4 days later that my order was shipped. I received only the shoes the sweater was never shipped. After multiple followups I keep getting the run around that the sweater would be shipped out soon still waiting 10 days later no shipment. Lacoste needs to address this communication issue between customer service and warehouse no customer should be running down a company for weeks about orders that were already paid and not to mention orders with express service. Poor internal communication and no one can give you a definitive answer. Service sucks! Do better Lacoste!!

Low quality - No return/refund offered

Do not buy from this company. quality is low and they do not allow returns. Broken zip on a £320 item with no possibility of a return or refund. Head office and all store refused to support my request to resolve. Please save your money and don't buy from this company

Absolute Disgrace (out of stock order / no refund for over a month)

After visiting the Lacoste store in Battersea, I found a top I wanted, however, they didn't have my size. They said it was in stock and they could order it and send it to me, which I did, and they paid for. 2 days later, I got an email saying it was out of stock.

I went online and saw they were in stock so ordered again... 2/3 days later I receive another email saying it was out of stock.

It has been over a month, and I still haven't received a refund of over £200. And just to top it off no response from them.

Absolute disgrace from a company that is meant to be a luxury brand!

A washcloth for $250

Bought their classic polo shirt. It cost an outrageous amount. Thought this must last a very long time and be of good quality. After first gentle medium temperature wash, it looked like a washcloth. It’s so thin it’s literally transparent. This is the greediest company on the planet.

Fatima - Knightbridge London

This is a special mention to LACOSTE store in KNIGHTBRIDGE LONDON and customer service assistant named MS FATIMA..who was extremely professional, polite and excellent at her job.She was patient with my queries and my fussiness. She is an asset to the company and as I work in the underground, I would recommend this store to all my colleagues. Thankyou Fatima for the wonderful shopping experience.

Wish I'd read the reviews for this site…

Wish I'd read the reviews for this site before ordering, would have saved me a lot of frustration and anger. My issue is the same as many others that have tried to order items that are showing as in stock, yet when the order has been placed the site displays order processing, this goes on for numerous days, the order is then cancelled due to not having stock.
When you speak to customer services they make excuses blaming this on 2 people having the last item in their basket at the same time.
This has happened to me twice with 2 completely different items.
I was compensated with a £20 voucher for the loss of my first order, this was only after I complained! This was used for my next order which was also cancelled, I have been offered another voucher for their latest shambles...sorry Lacoste, there won't be a third time, you clearly need to investigate your stock control!

Bought two items from the lacoste…

Bought two items from the lacoste website recently on two separate occasions. After placing both orders I was notified 6/7 days later that items were out of stock. Both items were in stock when I ordered them. My bank statement doesn't show any transactions, just hope I get my refund quickly without agg. Disgusting from a supposed premium outlet. Never used to be like this. I won't be buying from the website again, might not even buy from a shop. So disappointed.
