Great quality products, and the customer service are very approchable and very polite.

I am so happy I splurged on this kettle. It is awesome in both looks and operation. About 8 mins to full boil with a full kettle. Stays hot for a while. Loved that it was shipped overnight for free and that I received a personal email from a company rep after it shipped.

Very professional in their communications with customers. They were out of an item that I had purchased online, and they wrote a very nice apology email; not a canned one, it was personal.

It was an amazing experience! I received my order very timely and quick... Being from NYC I had never heard of La Cuisine and wasn't sure I was ready to make a larger purchase with a store not knowing anything about it or it's reliability so I called the Miami location, and I really wish I could remember the gentleman's name I spoke with to give him full credit, but he was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He was patient with all my questions. As a new customer I had some questions about shipping times and product availability and such before I spent $400 with a company I didn't know about. After speaking with sales rep. and assuaged any concerns I may have had. He even tried giving me a discount code for a sale that was in his system to use at check out online, but the code had expired and I thought that was a nice of him and appreciated the gesture and figured that was that... but the salesman went above and beyond any expectations when he asked me to hold for a moment and when he came back to the line he had informed me that he had generated a new discount code for me to use giving me a $20 new customer discount since I had missed the sale and to use at check out! WOW!... I was thoroughly IMPRESSED! Not just the fact that I had received $20 discount which was great but he took the time to make sure that my first time buyer experience with La Cuisine was a great one... I am an avid cook-chef and purchase utensils, appliances and supplies all the time and from now on La Cuisine is at the top of my list... Thanks for a great buying experience!
