Sent me a product no one else seemed to have....very fast service!

For a great price and free shipping I was able to get my favorite Italian appliances for much less than buying them locally. 5 stars for customer service and communication. The shipping company got it here 2 days later than promised and charged La Cuisine $50 additional to put the correct address on the shipment. 2 stars for those trucker guys, but again, La Cuisine covered the $50 address correction and called me to update me on progress so that I was not bothered with it. Another 5 stars for that.

I was disappointed that one of the Ankarsrum mixer accessories that I ordered was not available/back ordered. However, the communication, emails, follow up by Maria Martinez in Customer Service were EXCELLENT. Totally different experience with ordering Ankarsrum parts with one of your competitors (Royalux)- - I would never do business with them again, while I will RECOMMEND La Cuisine Appliances to other friends. Small problem with FedEx on delivery time.
A time was scheduled but they called to move delivery to earlier in the day. I would not be home at their suggested time so they placed me LAST on their schedule.

Professional and prompt communication regarding order confirmation and shipping status. Knife received before targeted date even though it required movement from Florida to Souther California. Thank you.

Excellent order process and shipment services. This was my FIRST time order from this company, I am very impressed their price and service .

I love it! Fit and finish are excellent (as is expected from Henckels). I really like the pivoting base for easy access from anywhere on the countertop. Unfortunately, I'll have to modify it to accept my second Henckels cleaver (I have both meat and vegetable cleavers), but I knew that before I ordered it, so that's no reflection on either Henckels nor La Cuisine. Overall, I'm really happy with it. (did I mention that the finish is really nice?)
