I paid for a product and it wasn't delivered.
I paid La Curacao Honduras (Grupo Unicomer) for a cellular phone, via their website, on November 23, 2023. La Curacao promised to deliver the item to the house of the intended recipient in 1 or 2 business days. Today is November 27, 2023 and the item still has not been delivered. After 3 visits to La Curacao stores in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, in an attempt to resolve this problem, La Curacao has not provided the purchased item and has not refunded the money which was paid for the item. La Curacao said "come back tomorrow."
Erick Montalvan at La Curacao in San Pedro Sula, Circunvalación location was ineffective at delivering the purchased item.
Shame on you La Curacao Honduras. Shame on you Grupo Unicomer, for having a company that allows this to happen.
