I have been playing this site for a while now no issues sometimes win sometimes lose payouts are quick one of the better sites I find.

Their welcome bonus isn’t trustworthy. They aren’t helpful on support. I withdrew money after a lengthy live chat trying to get the odds they advertised from link. Dont bother.

Don't get lured into their site for their welcome bonus, they don't honour it. They never said I wasn't eligible, I filled all the criteria, yet never got my welcome bonus, not the free bets, nor the free spins. In fact, on the rewards page it said I was opted in, next step was to deposit £10, which I did, but the progress bar never moved. It just said the deposit part was "In progress" even though my £10 was already there, amd already spent on slots. What a bunch of scammers.

This site typically drops a card on the last flop to beat a winning hand. I have lost runs, flushes, priles, to the last card. I've learnt my lesson and will not use this shit poker site again. Save your money and play elsewhere.

Please don't use this company unless doing small bets etc. I was in the chester store and saw someone have a large win on the machines and they refused to pay out. I advise to only do small bets there or better still just use another bookies.

So I have used this site for the past year and I keep thinking something would change or that it was random, but the same thing happens time and time again.

I won £40 on one game, and after that I went on a losing streak, never won anything, on one game with an extra bet on extra chance of bonus, the highest I won in game was £2.30 after being down like £30.

It's always the same, seriously think the gambling commissioner needs to look at this site, compared to Gala Bingo, where it's fair and is a sister site, this site is by far and away the worst going.

As I say when you win take the money and run because if you put it back in your RTP goes down the drain, like it's at 0.00001% which happens all the time after a win.

I have 5 options winning with only needing harry kane to shoot once on target so tried to cash out at the hydration break because I wanted more than the £10 I betted but the app and website which I tried didnt let me cash out because it was "suspended"
Seems like a scam because it gave an option to cash out till I was in a profitable position

So the £30 free bet is a con you get £20 on one market not achieved that dispite 50 messages. I was told £20 on one market, £5 on horse racing and whatever else, well my first £5 I deposited on outright winner world cup went through FUNNNY THAT and then after mindlees online conversations and they added 10p to my pot I was still unable to use up the surplus £20 on one market I managed 2 free bets on world cup and a horse race so maybe it's £5/10 left on the world cup market and I am that sick of asking questions as to WHY. I can't just up 4 free bets I paid for one and should get £20 in free bets on one market it's not my bag gambling but ladbrookes made it hardwork. Still short on free bets in that market and I don't gamble much but I got 2 free bets in the world cup market and one on horses, can't be arsed using them again bye bye LB!
