It doesn't work at all, if this is working for someone think it's more in people's head... don't waist your money. It's so much rubbish on the market for menopause....it's the business men's world not ours. Five of my friends including me bought lady care.....and it didn't work for anyone. If this was working NHS would give you this opportunity.

I ordered my LadyCare at Boots in London

Didn’t expect this to work so well. Been wearing it for a month and from the first few days I felt better. I highly recommend any one who is feeling the effects of menopause to give this a try. Money well spent, I feel the way I did before it all began ! I feel as though I’ve got “me” back.

First day wearing ladycare. For over a week I've been waking up turning over and over. I'm on a injection for menopause to bring it on for a reason. It stopped most of flushes and helps with the waking up part. I'm happy so far!

I honestly didn't expect this magnet to work, I've tried almost everything to get rid of my hot flushes, all the natural stuff and was about to give in to HRT and thought I'd give this a go, spent £34 and thought this is going to be a waste of money but it works, it took a month of wearing it to start working though so you have to stick with it, but I've not had a hot flush for 4 months now, I can't say whether it's helped my anxiety or low mood much but the hot flushes are gone and I'm happy with that!

Did'nt work at all for me and you can't get a refund if it's been worn so you could be £45 out of pocket so up to you if you take the risk of it not working

‘Ordered the ladycare+ for a family member, and I honestly cannot believe the difference it has made in a short amount of time, the hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, this has literally restored normality back into her life, without having to worry about being embarrassed, this is by far the best purchase I’ve ever made 😃 Remarkable product and company, the customer service was like no other, they go above and beyond to make sure your happy.

Ladycare plus is a miracle, my hot sweats and mood swings were very difficult too cope with, I found it hard to go to work as I was constantly in a bath of sweat, thanks too ladycare and there excellent quick response customer service i now have a normal me back.

ladycare has changed my life, back too the happy lady before I started menopause, no hot flushes anymore, I can literally carry on my life without worrying of being embarrassed out in public, well done ladycare, xx

The product is 110% rubbish and not working, and customer service really very rude! Absolutely Scam company!

I, too contacted LadyCare by email, three times regarding one issue. No response, not even an acknowledgment. I have now used the old-fashioned approach of ink to paper and written to their Head Office including all my contact details. No response so far.

It is inconceivable [in this age of social media enabling easy exposure] that a business which thrives on ailments affecting mostly females does not respond to a customer query at base level. Would the response be the same if I contacted Dr Michael KUCERA directly?

In November I sent a letter to the head office, I consequently received a telephone call. I reiterated the gist of my situation hoping for support. My questions were answered flippantly and there was no offer to process my order even though I voiced my intention to make another purchase.

Given the nature of their products and the reasons people are likely to purchase, the customer service staff need ‘customer first’ training. Should they receive and apply it appropriately they will be able to deal considerately if not compassionately toward customers.

I have emailed this company twice, with no response, asking to know the difference between the strength of magnet used in their various products. I telephoned them to ask directly and they were extremely unhelpful and very rude. The employee on the telephone told me I did not need to know this information. I am entitled to know what exactly is contained in any product I attach or put into my body.

I own a magnet supplied by this company however having emailed them twice recently simply seeking details on the new higher strength magnet they for some reason do not reply !
Make me wonder if their product is as it claims to be.
A simple question of , what % is the new improved magnet over original one ? Should be easy enough unless the answer is not advantageous. Given the vast price difference I would like to know what I am getting for this extra !
