Wrong adress. Lack of communication

Orderd 2 outfits by mistake wich was my fault however I tried to correct it straight away snd nothing. Now I find out my outfits have gone to a compelled random address. Not mine not anyone near. And they keep telling me to contact my corrior. They told me to contact ladyjuice. So I've lost out on over 200 pounds. Never again

Do not expect any resolution to a mistake made in what this company ships to you after your order is paid. They do not care.

I’m very unsatisfied with my recent order. I ordered a red dress and received a black dress. Customer service dismissed my concern and replied that they shipped what I ordered and now my case is now closed. I will never buy anything from this company again. 👎👎👎

I ordered a dress and didn’t receive it…

I ordered a dress and didn’t receive it for 2 months with no contact or notice. When I contacted support, I was told the dress wasn’t even in stock and was offered the store credit of two dresses instead. I chose the dresses and sent them to be reviewed by support, and I was once again not contacted back and was instead refunded the original balance. There was no consideration, care or communication in this process.

One month no item received £96 spent on…

One month no item received £96 spent on sequin jacket and shorts. No email confirmation to be able to chase it up, they just take the payment and don’t seem to do anything further. Sham.

Since had an email after this review from ladyjuice that my ‘bespoke’ item will be sent 27/11. We are now 5/12/25 and still no item.

Great product. Fab experience.

I bought the most amazing sequinned jacket ever. Its stunning. I got comments and head turns all night long.
However, a few sequins fell off the first time I wore it. I contacted the support team at LJ. They addressed the issue straight away.
I was offered a full refund and return or a big discount and keep.

I chose the latter. So now I get to wear two LJ pieces. Love them

Communications were easy, prompt and responsive.

Please do not get scammed by this website. I ordered a leather outfit let me say it again a leather outfit and what I received was awful. Literally plastic with horrible stitching. The false advertisement is crazy. Don’t get scammed guys. I paid $175 for the outfit and they want to refund me $48 like how does that work when they sent me a fake outfit. They also want me to pay for shipping the item back. It is their wrongdoing not mine. The only mistake I made was trusting this scam of a company.

Do not buy from LJ misleading selling

This company is selling clothes at an elevated price in the basis of good quality and being the leaders in sequins. This is all false advertising.

I had one item arrive that didn’t even have the brand name in it, did not remotely look like the item I ordered and was a completely different size. They now want me to pay for them selling me false goods to return it. Do not purchase from this company!!
