Very Very Very bad service I am disappointed 😞. I bought a shoe 6 months ago tell now I haven't received the item and above all, they took money more than shown in the item. And finally, they sent me an email telling me the item was delivered.

Still waiting to receive my order..46 days to UK. Same experience as others, that they took more than they should have but thought included import duties/taxes into UK. Not hopeful of seeing goods or refund
Do not use this company. They take more money than the sight says, I emailed to query this and was told ‘very cheap price’ and taxes to be paid. Asked to cancel order, I’ve sent 2 further emails and now the email has bounced back as not known. Trying to get money back via my bank
EDIT I have received my money back via the bank.
Ordered through Blochnewzealand site but emails came from Lafeeistaly. I got 2 emails back from them when I asked for order to be cancelled and now the domain doesn't exist. The order was placed in NZD but processed in USD, so I was charged more than I was supposed to be. I reported to card fraud so hoping to get my money back. Please don't use this site or Blochnewzealand.com as they are a scam.
Please don't order, I was charged more than I should have and now I can't even contact them as the Web address can't be found . Not even sure if I will receive the goods.
It's a scam,don't order and they will charge you much more money ,than it's showing
