They have lovely products, but are not professional, not reliable.
I bought a lovely item from this company as a birthday gift. It was sent by the company to America. Wrapped in tissue with some foam, but with no attempt to add even some stiff cardboard to stop it from being bent or damaged.
The item arrived broken. On contacting them, they said "we can't take responsibility for damage done by the post companies". As a company selling on-line this is a crazy attitude, no extra insurance was offered or warnings that they do not take responsibility. At the start of November I was told they were away and I needed to wait until December. When no contact was made, I once more sent an email. The response was a PayPal refund and an email with three words "Take your money".
