Not the best quality, but it works
My purchase was a single bar stool, and I got it on sale half priced. The material it was made is very lightweight and feels cheap. I doubt it'd last long if it's for daily use. Everything in the package is quite dusty and lightly scratched. The package itself is also not well protected.
Good thing is the cushion padding of the chair is thick and comfy. Just hope it won't sag easily. The assembly is easy. However I'd appreciate if the seller ships the instruction with the package.
I'm happy with it as I only keep it as a spare for visitors. If it's on its full price, then it doesn't worth the money.

Great chair - great value - great service!
We recently bought an office chair from John Lewis for double the price than the one I just bought from Lakeland. The JL one was awful and the returns process was beyond painful. In comparison, Lakeland have been a dream! Great chair - comfortable, nice quality, easy to assemble, would have been an easy returns process should I have needed it. Very happy customer!

I purchased 3 bar stools recently, which were absolutely fantastic as they were discounted, they are good quality and very comfortable. The delivery was quick and everything arrived well packaged. I also thought communication was excellent with sales and the delivery team when I had some questions. Would definitely buy from here again.

Bought an office chair at a great price and it was delivered quite quickly. Chair is true to description on website, looks great. Could be a bit more comfortable as the seat itself is quite small but overall impressed with service.

The dining chairs are fine
The dining chairs are fine. I have bought similar before. On this occasion the fixing of the legs were different and there were no instructions . I manged to work it out. I did not like it that tax was added on at the end, making the chair seem not such a bargain. The dining chair legs came packed separately in a box that stated they were bar stool legs so I was getting worried but the legs turned out to dining chair legs.

Once the item is added to the basket, the VAT is simply broken down for transparency, but the total remains the same as originally advertised.

Received 4 barstools and assembled 1 of them and it was cheap rubbish ! Avoid the barstools were terrible and cheap poor quality weren’t comfortable to sit on and the base and seat post didn’t fit properly and moved when sitting on it unstable!Items sent back for refund an absolute Joke of a company ! This is not Lakeland it is a Furniture Discount store cheap rubbish getting sold AVOID !
