Everything is great. Pool is standard food is great rooms are nice nice staff. Staff doesnt talk much english but they still understand some. Trip to green valley was very beautiful and the guide was very friendly. The slides are so fun we like all of them. We were 7 people and it was nice

Becarefull they are Lie all the time the room are not good small small room Becarefull talk with reciption about room may be they help but didnot get any help plz stay away from this hotel 28/08/2025

Receptionen started calling colleague during check in
No smile - just seemed annoyed that we came

Room was dirty

Asked for two sheets and got one

Room key did not work after 24 hours

No excuse or even looked me in the eye
Just laid the card on the counter

Drink not stirred

Shower clogged

Spa cheated med for 10 minutes out of 40

Bought jewellery that broke after one hour

No spoon for strawberries so all guests were taking with their hands (employee right in front watching it)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and they have their private beach which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, they staff were very nice, not all of them spoke English but we're not in England so....its was nothing Google translate couldn't fix
Food was good, wish there was more verity. The view from our room was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Terrible hotel!
Rated 5 stars, but more like 2 stars!
The pictures speak for themselves. But the restaurant is so dirty and the straff is so slow to fill every thing up.
We also got a glass of fanta served in a used beer glass 🤯😵
No sheeds on the bed.
The fridge in the room was broken.
The aircondition could only run for 30 minutes, then it turned off.
The tv was so small that we couldnt see it from the bed.
Most of the staff does not speak english.
No available sunbeds by the pool or at the beach, unless you show up very early.
And it smells like a urinal in the rooms bathroom. 🤮
