I approached Trystan from Lake's Customs with my desired specs, and he worked with me to make great suggestions that improved my build (12th gen i7, rtx3080, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd, 2tb hdd). He also offered me the best price anywhere that I could find in Australia for my desired specs. I had a teething issue during set-up, but Trystan answered the phone right away, and helped me get up and running, and has been very helpful and communicative before, during, and after my order. Have been putting this computer through its paces for over a month now, and it's performed without flaw, and I can't stop looking at it because the build is so aesthetic. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Lake's Customs again!

Im not experienced in computers and wanted a racing sim PC, and could have been taken for a ride. Retail shops and computer shops tried to sell me the 'all bells and whistles versions' for massive $$$$. Trystan at LC was very clear on what i only needed and why. Accordingly his price was a fraction of what i had been quoted elsewhere. His service was sensational, and the PC works amazing with no issues. He will now be my first point of call for any PC matters or recommendations to friends.
