I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed. I initially thought they were reliable, but after multiple attempts to reach them through email, I have received no response. The lack of communication and service delay is very frustrating. I expected much better, and this has been a poor experience overal

I checked the batch code (found on the bottom of the jar and box) of the cleansing balm I ordered from this site, and it was OVER 3 YEARS OLD! I will not be ordering from this site again. If I were you, I'd pay a little more for guaranteed fresh product(s) that can be easily returned if necessary.

Tried to order some items through the site using PayPal and it kept saying my IP address was blacklisted. I have never seen anything like that when ordering anything online before. Seems like a red flag this is a scam site.

This is my second order with LaLa Daisy. I really like this company because they seem to care about what the client receives. Each time the items were beautifully packaged, authentic and arrived so much earlier than their estimated arrival time. They care enough to ship super timely and beautifully wrapped showing care for the products they are selling, AND that they care about my opinion of them. Just as importantly they are competitive in their pricing. Sure there are some that might seem slightly cheaper, but when I look at the service provided by LLD - well, there just is "no comparison." Thanks so much LLD!

Bought Davines Love shampoo, got suspicious when the seal on the bottle was missing. Still had an existing bottle to compare to, the product from Lala Daisy was obviously diluted. Returning immediately, hopefully no issues with a refund.

Received two Davines products that smelled terrible. One of them had alcohol and acted like hairspray even thought it is a spray on conditioner. I've used these products for years and these bottles had something else in them.

Excellent communication and fast shipping. Product was received in new condition and was sealed to preserve product. I would buy from them again.

Just ordered Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast 7.5 oz and EVO Water Killer Dry Shampoo 4.3 oz. Received them in 5 days and I live in a rural area. Both products were exactly as I have ordered from other places and were top notch. I called twice and was greeted with excellent customer service. Will be ordering again from LaLa Daisy at about half the price. Thanks LaLa Daisy.

Not New

The items I purchased were not new - which explains the great price. I know this because new products I've purchased from the manufacturer are wrapped in plastic. I'm taking two stars because the website doesn't state that some products could be returns, seconds, etc. That stated, the containers are full and contents appear to be legitimate, so I'll keep them; however, I won't purchase again from this company. Fast and free shipping!

I'm a new customer of this company's I stumbled over them googling some facial products I've been paying $95 total for with this company I was able to continue purchasing my favorite face scrub and moisturizer cream and saved over $50 thank you so much! I will definitely spread the word.

Bought shampoo, and got colored water!

This is literally a scam business. Don't get fooled and by stuff from them.

I ordered Spray and Stay hairspray. I have been using it for years. The smell of it was horrible. I smelled it all day at work. I emailed customer service and Tara said we can't take back used products. How would I know it was going to smell if I didn't spray it. Will never buy again from here.

Out of stock on almost everything all the time. Slow at restocking … but always has a sale going on. Smh

After considering buying TrueFitt and Hill cologne from this site, it's clear from the comments that there's a risk the product will be "seconds" or shop-ruined (sat in a truck in the sun for a week, etc.) counterfeit or damaged. Will not order - prefer to pay the full price directly from TF and H than risk being cheated by a company with a bad reputation and no return policy

I ordered 8 Peter Thomas Roth SPF 30 and every single one had the plug at the bottom fallen out with all its lotion gone as well. Unfortunately I noticed this after their 30 day return window so no return. LaLa Daisy seems to be buying up very cheap, slightly flawed products and then reselling these cheap.
