Booked in very quickly and rectified problem with focus bonnet lock. Always get good service from Lamberts very helpful.

If I could give Lambert Installations of Hook zero stars, I'd do that! They are a truly appalling company that has damaged our bathroom shower as well as serviced our Worcester Bosch boiler incorrectly and given us completely wrong advice about why we were not getting hot water into the bath. Also, they denied getting any emails, keeping us waiting for long periods of time. Terrible on every level. So much damage has been caused that we are now having to completely replace our shower and the taps he was trying to replace as well as pay extra money to Worcestor Bosch to do work we asked Daniel to do which he said was not fixable. Even a simple basin plug is not available.

On May 12th after much waiting, Daniel of Lambert Installations arrived to fix the sink taps but couldn’t as he had forgotten the tool so left us waiting another week. He broke off the mixer tap to the shower trying to fit a new cartridge. He said it was not his fault and we could balance the broken mixer tap on it but likely it would fall off and break the shower floor (or perhaps a foot or toe if we did that!). We asked him to replace the plug in the sink but he said he didn't have the part as the container ship was stuck in the Suez canal. He just didn't care about us or even about our safety.

He said he could not get hot water into the bath as the water was flow restricted which Worcester Bosch said was untrue and after a simple test replaced the heating plate and fixed the problem, also telling us that the cold water problem was caused by a leak, likely caused by the broken mixer tap which Daniel had broken off. We had to pay extra to get the manufacturer to fix it.

Daniel was rude, late, untrustworthy, and gave every excuse in the book e.g. I forgot the tool, the part is on a container ship stuck on the Suez canal, we didn't get your email. your boiler is not fixable (not true).

Lamberts cost us a lot of extra expense and frustration. Do not use. They are a liability and can't be trusted.
